A little about the bag… This is my new favorite purse pattern, the Buttercup Bag! MadeByRae invented this pattern and gives it away for *free* on her blog. It is a very simple, easy to follow pattern. I made this bag in one afternoon while my kids were napping! And it takes such little fabric that you can usually make one with remnants you have stashed away! The Buttercup Bag I am giving away is made from an enlarged pattern: the bag measures 14″ wide, 9″ tall and has a strap drop of 10″. It has one interior pocket for your cell phone and has a magnetic snap closure. Perfect little Fall purse!

It amazes me how you take the time to share sewing tips and make bags and take care of your family of 4 1/2. You make beautiful bags,purses,shirts,etc..Thank you for sharing what you like to do. I know many people benifit from your knowledge.
I really really like your Buttercup bag alot. It’s perfect for me.
I have that pattern printed, but haven’t made it yet. It would be great to win!
